Kettlebell Clientele -
Who Needs Kettlebells?

Many different types of people benefit from kettlebell training. Regardless of your body type, your age, or your gender, we’ve got people who started out fitting your description!

Some of the conditions that our clients have come to see us with include rotator cuff tendonitis, lumbago (lower back pain or weakness), postural abnormalities, shoulder injuries, tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, nerve damage, scoliosis, obesity, and chronic fatigue.

Few, if any, training or rehabilitative methods can restore elasticity to scar tissue the way that kettlebell training can! If your body’s got damage from a high-mileage life, kettlebells may be able to give you more relief and restore your strength and quality of life better than anything else.
